it's okay
because not everyone is perfect
(although we strive for perfection, we don't get what we aim for all the time right?)
Everyone has flaws
marks mean something
but they're not EVERYTHING RIGHT?
and
how well you do for your exam is not exactly a perfect gauge of how smart you are
because
those who prepare for the exams usually score better
those who attend tutions usually do better
i really don't know if
geniuses
are "shaped" by nature or nurture
i mean
you may be smart
but you don't have the
opportunity to study
then you can't be a genius
or if you're not born with a particularly BIG BRAIN'
BUT
you go for tuitionstuitionstuitionstuitions
and you managed to enter the GEP

this is totally out of point...
oh
i know why i'm talking about this now
because right
in the first case
their talents don't really get
a chance
to showcase themselves
so they are sort of hidden talents
but they're really smart
only if they were given a chance
in the second case
it's not because they're really smart or anything
but
they work reallyreallyreally hard

so
like maybe some of the not-so-smart students
are actually really smart
and the ones who score A1s all the time
actually have the brains of an average person

so maybe you fall into the first category or

today went to school
first period was chinese caligraphy
and some person spilled the "mo4" on the floor and stained the floor
now that part of the floor iS BLACK
my pinafore got stained and i forgot what the teacher said and
i washed it with

i like the teacher
she released us twenty mins earlier than she was suppossed to and we had a rlly long 1hr recess! (:

and we finally decided to go to the library to "chui1" air-con
in the end
the library's air-con was switched off and there was only 1 pathetic fan working
and the librarian gave me a dustbin filled with papers and told me to empty it
when i emptied it
everyone was staring at me like i was some alien or something
then since we had soooo much time
me n siwai went down to eat again
okay i'm seriously going to grow sooooo much fatter

and we went back to class

yj was like telling everyone how much she loved hw
she was praising the way he twiddled around with his pen and the way he dropped it
