HEY ONE AND ALL!! I'M BACK!!! has been BACK since TWO DAYS AGO

i'll start off by thanking all those that sms-ed me, tagged on this blog and email-ed me during the trip (((: a heartfelt thankyou to all these people, namely: Yushan(she sms-ed me when i was in taiwan!!! and when i came back :D), JiaQi(she also sms-ed me when i was there...), Yijie and Siwai (hoho...the taggers!!! no not that "tagger") Hanen(she email-ed me the weather forecast, thoughtful or thoughtful ^^) and don't forget plurk... i think Hanen, maggie and yuening. Thanks you guys!

The trip was quite fun and i bought alot of stuff. Took pictures of cute and special food there plus videos of the hotels (you have no idea how beautiful they are!!!) and there's this special restaurant that has very beautiful decor and art pieces, i don't know how to post pictures but i'll try... hehe

But the time spent on the bus was like so much longer than the time we spent sightsee-ing
Did you know that the televisions in taiwan has HUNDRED OVER PROGRAMMES!!! OMG RIGHT? i totally love the t.vs there!!! i like channel 30 :D haha. the channels here are like =.=
haish... went to shilin night market,ximending, and alot of the night markets and bought alot of little jingly stuff(?) like keychains and necklaces

I love shopping in taiwan because the stall owners provide and extra service:

and this zodiac sign (rat) which was handmade that wrote my chinese name on it ^^
and many other unique handmade stuff like a totally handmade bracelet you can't get anywhere else or find anything like it.

Also bought expensive stuff like lingzhi and zhenzhufen
i think it all adds up to $2000 sing dollars(paid by credit card)
i know, i know it's too over right? Can't be helped, they hit at our soft spot. Singaporeans are kiasu and kiasi mah.

Oh and the amount we brought was soooo not enough lorh, had to use the card every so often
and we owe the tour guide a few hundred dollars. She'll come to singapore in January, so tht's when we'll return her the $$

watched two eps of autum's concerto in taiwan and i'm gonna watch some dramas i saw in a tv ad there. ahhh, that is if i succeed finishing all the shows that i missed... sooo, i guess that's all for now...

anyway, i'll be back in singapore by the 3oth of nov...
oh and i haven't started on homework yet...what to dooo?!!

WELL, IT KINDA HAPPENED BETWEEN TUESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING... (:

And guess what? I WAS THERE!!! This definitely requires a post. Well i didn't really know about the meteor shower before and it seemed like everyone knew about it(!) like on tuesday night...
(flashback)
same'ol same'ol kinda day you know. like, i was spending the whole day watching dramas and plurking and blogging. At night at about 8p.m. i was watching don't forget the lyrics(woyaochangxiaqu*singapore version) show. Okay, i don't really wacth don't forget the lyrics(the chinese one*singapore version) on teevee but i didn't know why, i just switched on the tv(hoho...destined to happen?) and watch the programme, the first contestant was a guy and the second contestant was a female... Then it was time for her to pick a category and i was like practically shouting “偶像剧组题曲”(loose translation: theme songs of idol dramas) or something, i don't know why but i was kinda desperate for her to choose it, and she chose it (:

Host: we have two songs from meteor garden (yah you know, the f4 one...no, not the korean one that everyone's gone crazy over...it's the taiwanese version of the manga)

Host: meteor rain
or (some song which i forgot)

and when he said "meteor rain"(the song's name) the phone suddenly rang
so i rushed to pick up the phone and it was from yijie

conversation again

YJ: Hey chelsea, you wanna go out tonight
me: tonight? you mean tonight? As in now today tonight?
YJ: Yah.
me: Why leh?
YJ: Because i heard that there would be meteor shower(!!! conincidence?) tonight...from 12 a.m. to 5a.m.
me: omg(squeals)really?!!! How did you know?
YJ: my friends kept talking about it mah. So, can you go?
me: where?
YJ: chinese garden
(and then i ran off to tell my mum)
At first she hesitated, and i told her it was a once in a lifetime opportunity(well, that's kinda true, the next one would be in 2031) and since chinese garden is so nearby, i should be able to get there easily...but at 12a.m. there'll not be mrt services so i told her i could take a taxi. she still thought that it was unsafe and wanted someone to go with me so i blurted out "YUSHAN!" then i asked her if yushan went, would she allow me to go. she nodded. i went to call yushan, but she doesn't want to go. BUT i reminded her that she owes me one when she stood me up the last time...so she agreed (:

my mum went to pack like picnic mats and cushions and toilet paper(i know! why bring toilet paper right?!) and then she told me to go to sleep.... I slept from about 11p.m. to 1a.m. then i woke up, bathe and called Yushan. Yushan said to meet at 1:15 a.m downstairs. my mum was still worried and wanted to follow me down (: then waited for yushan(she's slow eh) and finally! she came down. went to buy food at fairprice extra at jurongpoint, the whole jurong point was empty(except for a few co-workers) bought biscuits, chips, drinks, chocolate(kitkat^^) which adds up to about $12 (we agreed to split the cost) Then we took a taxi. The taxi driver was really cute(not that cute cute but old cute) and when we told him we're going to chinese garden, he was like(in chinese), "you all going to watch the meteor shower arh?" and i was like...so practically the whole world knows except me T.T then me and yushan were like, "Yar" "tonight doesn't really look that good a weather for meteor showers...it looks quite cloudy. You should bring a broom to sweep away the clouds (or sth) " then we laughed(those really uneasy kind)

then stopped infront of chinese garden mrt paid $7.50 and alighted. we waited for yijie for an hour( yijie you sooo owe us) then decided to make our way there first... me and yushan decided to find a spot to sit and we decided on the bridge (: the view is fantastic and we were at the middle of the bridge. Spread out the mats and took out the cushions, we started talking and in the end laughed alot. Then a group of guys approached us and asked "Hello. Were there alot?" and he beckoned to the sky. We were like ? blankblank , and he said again "was there alot, we come from PASIR RIS just to see this." and i was okay, omg! pasir ris?! but that's like at the other end of singapore. "No, it hasn't started yet. errr i think it starts at 5" (i said that) then the group of guys laughed and said something in malay and walked off. Then they started taking photos. Since it's at night(by right, it should be considered as morning but ah well...don't want to confuse yijie*inside joke*) and i kept turning in their direction when the flash goes off, and i ended up blinding my eyes. not once but numerous times, i think my reaction is really not fast enough T^T

then yijie came and yushan and yijie had apparently met each other before. anyway, we had to make more space...it was squeezy but cozy (: everyone else on the bridge started making themselves comfortable because it's going to be a long wait. then ate and chatted and gazed at stars and clouds. i tell you, it was Uber fun because it was kind of like a sleepover when you talk about stuff but it's better because it's under the stars. There were like ten over stars then, usually we only see one or two. we pointed out the orion belt and there was this really bright star(don't know what it was) then talked some more and laughed some more. There was not a time where everyone one of us stopped talking (: hooho jealous eh?
then we saw it!!!! i was just a flash of green+blue+pink+gold kind of flash and everyone was so excited. i wished for world peace.

then after quite some time, we saw another one, two at the same time actually and because i was too anxious i said "i wish for world peace again" because that's the only thing i could think of T.T why on earth did i go and say that?! then yijie and yushan laughed, then yijie said, "why don't you just say 'world peace' instead of 'i wish for world peace/again' ? because by the time you've finished saying 'i wish' the meteor is already gone. and i thought it's quite true...

then we decided to lie down instead of sit, that way, [s]our[/s] butt won't hurt that much ^^ then we were trying to point out shapes in the clouds...we saw this cloud that looked like a kangaroo cum bear trying to ride a wheel-less scooter, we saw albert einstien's cloud, an ape, a dragon, this weird creature blowing bubbles? a baby and a mum, a face(smiling) we also saw merlion(then we launched into this talk about our nation's history :D) and manymany others.... and then the fourth meteor came and this time, i just caught a tiny glimpse of it's "tail"

we gazed until 6++ then we packed up and decided to leave... then went to see the pagoda (who was trapped inside again?) and went to the mrt. both mrts arrived at the same time and me and yushan boarded th same mrt while yijie boarded the one at the opp side. went home. yushan didn't press the 3rd storey button and i realised it but it was too late...i had to pei2 yushan up again and go down myself... i realised that actually, we miss out alot on the tiny details about stuff around us, it it weren't for today(yesterday?) i would not actually believe that i star gazed/cloud gazed for three hours and it was quality bonding time. Yushan said that ep 5 of taohuaxiaomei is up!!! i shall go watch (:

the only thing i regretted was

AUTUMN'S CONCERTO EP 7 IS UP!!! (to all non drama fans, please skip this whole chunk if you do not want to torture your eyes, if you want to read on, good for you! this is a summary of the 7 episodes from autumn's concerto...)

And i just finished watching it on mysoju, Guangxi lost his memory when he wakes up from the operation and the first person he sees is yiqian. YiQian teaches him to speak and everything and three years later, Guang Xi graduates with a law degree. Muqian went on to live in a small flower village with tuoye and then realises that she actually has GuangXi's child. However this child has type 1 diabetes and needs to take insulin jabs everyday to stay alive, the child is also being mocked by other students because he doesn't have a dad. To coax the boy, muchen told him that he has a dad, but the dad is from outer space. She told him that GuangXi's spaceship crashed infront of the bus that she was taking, and because she needed to rush to make dinner, she rushed down the bus to help him fix his spaceship. As a result, Guangxi fell in love with her and then there was the baby...

(the actual story[how they met at ep 1]) guangxi was having one of his fits with his girlfriend and he stopped his car infront of the bus that mucheng was taking, mucheng had a groupa(?) fish and it can't stay without water for very long, she needed to bring the fish home to cook for the president. she was super anxious and got down from the bus, GuangXi broke up with the girlfriend curelly the girl left. Guangxi refuses to drive his vehicle out of the way and told Mucheng to drive it out of the way if she wants to. Mucheng doesnt know how to drive so guangxi told her the steps to drive the car, but he wanted to make a fool out of her and told her the steps to reverse the car. When she did as she was told, she bumped into the bus behind(:D i laughed sooo much at this part) and guangxi wanted to sue her for damaging his car.

Luckily, some aunties on the bus agreed to be her witness and mucheng was let off but she dropped this library book which she borrowed from tuoye who studied at a universtity she was working in(you can be punished for lending school articles to others) she went to her stall to cook for the president of the university but the president son came, that guy was guangxi, who studied at the same university. guangxi was dared to pursue the girl who was selling bentos(mucheng) and get her first kiss. guangxi agreed and used the library book to blackmail mucheng to go on a date with him.

On the first date, he got her kiss and he took it down on his hp. Then on numerous other occassions he realised tht mucheng was harrassed by her stepfather so he gave her his hp so that she could call the police if he tries to do anything funny with her (from there, we can deduce that the cold and unfeeling guangxi cares for a mere bento girl=love is in the air) then he told the others that he did not get mucheng to kiss him and had to run ten rounds of the track in high heels (T^T)as his punishment.

then Guangxi sorta saved mucheng from her stepfather when he tried to do it with her, mucheng's stepdad said tht she did it for money but guangxi did not believe that. To prove that mucheng was innocent, guangxi decided to hold a court case hearing in the school...he studied really hard because he was pitting himself up against the top scholar lawyer in the campus...in the end...he won(^^ yipee)

but then he found out that he had a brain tumor and decided to leave mucheng. Mucheng did not know why he was treating her so coldly and all then oneday, mucheng was fishing but she accidentally slipped and fell into the water, guangxi came and he saved her (: then she asked him why, why he was doing this to her, then guangxi said that he had brain tumor, mucheng said she did not mind...then they kissed and all (tht's how mucheng got pregnant)

Guangxi decided to seek medical help and his mum told him that yiqian's dad has a group of medical researchers and could do an operation on him, the chances of him getting out alive is greater than your usual operations but guangxi did not want to take the chance because he did not want to owe yiqian's family. Guangxi mum went to tell mucheng about this situation and made mucheng leave guangxi if she wants him to survive, she said that once they wheeled him into the operation theatre and give him the jab, yiqian team of doctors would come in and perform the other type of operation. soooo, that's what happened la.

But half way through the operation, guangxi woke up and realised that something wasn't right and he dashed out of the operation room to find that mucheng is gone! he ran and ran to mucheng's house and saw that she was leaving in tuoye's truck. Mucheng told him a whole lotta bullcrap("i can't send another person off, i realised that i can't wait for you like this...") and took off (crying, mind you) and guangxi actually believed it! then mucheng called guangxi's mum to fetch him, but mucheng's stepdad suddenly appeared (because he wanted to take revenge) and stabbed guangxi. Guangxi was sent to the hospital....operation...lost his memory...thought that he loved yiqian...proposed to yiqian... (end of flash back)

i hope guangxi remembers muqian quickly!!!! ohpleaseohpleasepleaseplease!!!!

hello! (: yup if you just realised, i changed the blog template, it looks kinda weird and my widgets' all cut off at the side... sigh. a few more days and i'll be in taiwan/hongkong. did you know that the stuff there are all increduously low prized. like sing dollars$1=台币27 dollars. And you can eat at a restaurant with $10 there? my mum's only bringing like sing dollars $400 for the 7 day trip in taiwan and another $400 for the two day trip in hongkong plus her visa, of course. i'm looking forward to the hk part of the trip and i have no idea why. maybe it's because there aren't many things to play at taiwan but there's ocean park at hk. the last time we went to hk, we only went to play at hk disneyland and missed out on ocean park, soooo we're going there again... i know, it's a waste of money to go there just for ocean park, but ocean park seems like great fun. I sorta miss Korea and the food there(although it's not that tasty) and i swear, i'm never ever use Chan Brothers again. like the group's sooo big, it takes a fairly long time for everyone to gather at the meeting point on time plus if anyone's missing, i doubt the tour guide will ever notice... nvm, i know i'm just blabbering about incoherent(?) stuff so just ignore me...

i'm hungry...

what's the problem with the people nowadays, AIDS/HIV is not that easily transmitted!!! THOSE CHICKEN HEADS THINK THAT AIDS CAN BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH SALIVA OR BY TOUCHING?! THAT'S STUPID BECAUSE IF IT IS TRUE THEN THE EVERYONE WOULD PROBABLY BE DEAD BY NOW! It's not like anyone wants to get it so why should anyone blame them? omg! i really detest people who avoids AIDS/HIV positive people. Come on, it's not like you'll die just by talking to them or eating with them right? urg! I feel so bad for these people, imagine living a life avoiding people, living a kind of life where you have to endure other people's weird glances, imagine people telling their kids not to get close to you, your company fires you because they're afraid of contracting that diesease, imagine coping yourself at home with no one to talk to and because you have AIDS you have to do everything alone, imagine living every day like this when you already do not have many days left, imagine yourself worrying about your children, worrying if they have contracted the sickness. And when you grow sicker and sicker, nobody bloody hell cares because they're afraid. everyone thinks so selfishly for himself/herself, then who's left to think for them?

hey guys... i just realised that i havent blogged for a reallyreally loooooooonng time. and i've decided to kick off that paragraphing habit.. ohoh! did you guys know that two PANDAS are going to be brought to SINGAPORE???!!! when they come, we have to go and visit them kays? omg...pandas are just soooo cute, they make me feel soooo much slimmer.

anyway, i'm going to taiwan like on the 21st of nov, that's like nxt week! and guess what? i havent packed my luggauge. I don't even know what to wear! like am i suppossed to bring slippers or track shoes? Winter clothes or casual clothes? harvesacks or slingbags? i haven't even SEEN the itinary(?) much less know where we're gonna go.

GREATNEWS for you guys. cause i haven't started on my homework... havent touched a thing. oh and i think i lost my L.A worksheet thingy. i'm seriously in need of shopping, and i have to stop snacking because i'm feeling fat. no, don't bother. i'm fatter than you. (ha! yijie! i said it first :P) the only thing that's been exercising are my eyeballs...the rest of my body is hibernating. HAPPY HOLIDAYS(a.k.a guilty/boring(*yawns*) days that make you grow fatter and dumber)

BUT the link is BROKEN....viikii is rlly getting on my nerves.

oh and i also want to watch the last kiss (the third part of it started with a kiss and they kiss again) i hope XQ gets a baby... i seriously dont want her to DIE...

i went to new creation church last sunday. Pastor prince's preaching made me cry T.T it's really powerful. i feel like i'm church hopping. City Harvest Church also held their service on that day at expo. you have no idea how paranoid i felt when i went to NCC, i was really afraid i might meet some CHC ppl who recognises me. They must think that i'm a huge gigantic betrayer...ohgosh

nvm... the battery's running low and my energy is also running low so i shall stop here for now... keep on tagging people. oh and, i sincerely apologise for all the non-drama fans out there, you may skip the parts about the dramas
